Jennifer the current Broker/ Owner is a veteran in the Real Estate & Property Management Industry & specializes in Residential Real Estate in the Tri-Valley & Delta areas. Jennifer subscribes to the service first philosophy & prides herself on providing a high level of service which separates her from the competition. Jennifer is a stickler for detail & ensures a smooth, seamless operation.

Currently a resident of San Ramon, Jennifer is a supporter of many communities. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors & is responsible for Community Relations & Corporate Sponsorship's for the Hayward Aggie's Youth Football & Cheer Program. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys staying active with her family which includes her husband Marc & dog Jasper doing such hobbies as hiking, boating, camping & Crossfit!

Des is a family oriented, mother of four who enjoys listening to music, dancing, and going on bike rides with her kids. She is a huge fan of the Oakland Raiders and attends games every season.

I came to this beautiful country (USA) in 2001. In 2003, I entered into the Real Estate Industry. From the start, I had been a good Real Estate learner and over time, I had become a very successful Real Estate Investor. I own multiple properties in California and Internationally. I'd like to share my knowledge and experience with my investors because I want them to become successful like I had become successful. With more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, we are the local experts in Lathrop (River Islands), Manteca, Tracy and Stockton and are High Volume Real Estate Agents. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction as 99% Customer Satisfaction is not acceptable for my team.

My Family;

I am proud to say that we are a traditional family. I strongly believe in family values. I have been married for 28 years with my beautiful and kind wife, Neelu Ghai. I have 2 very respectful and amazing children, Saksham Ghai and Parth Ghai. 

Charity;

I believe in doing Good Karma. As I have mentioned above, I am a very Successful Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Investor. We have helped more than 1,000 clients sell and buy properties and including, our Property Management Services. Through our Real Estate Commissions, we donate 10% of our income to Charities. Here are the Charities below,

1. Our Real Estate Team helps feed nutritious food to more than 200 people (Orphans, Homeless, Disabled Seniors) daily, 365 days a year.

2. Our Real Estate Team supports a cause that feeds more than 1,000 birds daily, 365 days a year and does Free Medical Treatment for Birds daily.

3. Our Real Estate Team is donating to Children's Hospitals and to help do Eye Surgery for Blind People.

4. Our Real Estate Team supports Warriors for Empowerment whose main mission is to help educate kids for their better future and for our better world.

5. Our Real Estate Team supports Mitra USA for cultural events so our kids can know and stay connected with our culture and religion.

6. Our Real Estate Team supports San Francisco Bay Area's Silicon Andhra's University for all youth looking for a better education.

7. Our Real Estate Team supports the American Desi Society and more than 10 other Organizations such as Garba Nights, Diwali Celebrations, Guru Temple, Stockton's Shiva Vishnu Temple, Tamil Diwali, etc.
